The Isntitution of King Boudewijn dedicated the price this year to Mr. Ousmane SY, Director of the centre of political and istitutional expertise in Afrika ( Bamako-Mali) and the Regional Cošrdinator of the network for "Good managemant in Afrika", The King and Queen invited the honouerd and the members of the organisation wit a lunch at Castle Laeken and a reception in the Royal Palace in Brussel.
