07-06-2019 Rotterdam Princess Beatrix during the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Batavian Society of Experimental Philosophy at the city hall in Rotterdam.
The society was founded on 3 June 1769 in Rotterdam and is therefore one of the oldest scientific associations in the country.
Princess Beatrix is patron of the Bataafsch Genootschap der Proefondervindelijke Wijsbegeerte.
