13-08-2020 Palace Soestdijk, with in front a statue of late Prince Bernhard and princess Juliana, will be the new test location for the GEM Tower for 3 weeks.
This innovative, green solution for energy generation is a product of, among others, Eindhoven University of Technology and serves to replace the use of polluting diesel generators at festivals.
From August 12 to August 30, the colorful, 21-meter-high GEM-Tower will be set up in the front garden of Soestdijk Palace.
Visitors to the park can view the tower up close, but this Dutch innovation can also be admired from Amsterdamsestraatweg.
