10-07-2020 Sweden Queen Silvia attended the award "Årets Ölänning" on Solliden castle in south Sweden.
Gillis Dahlström , chef, who runs Arontorp's kroppkakor, has been named "Årets Ölänning 2020" together with the Royal couple.
"Kroppkaka" a Swedish local dish it consists of "balls", approximately in tennis ball size, consisting of a potato-based dough with baked pork and onions or other filling.
