09-04-2008 Brussels Pregnant Delphine Boel (22-02-1968), the alleged illegitimate daughter of King Albert of Belgium, presented her book ''The Umbilical Cord Cut Through'' (De Navelstreng Doorknippen) at the Royal Windsor Grand Palace in Brussels with publishers Julien Weverbergh and Guy Pieters.
Delphine, Baroness Boel is a Belgian artist who specializes in papier mache sculpture and is the daughter of Sybille, Baroness de Selys Longchamps and partner of James O'Hare. She has a daughter Josephine.Delphine is expecting her 2nd child end of April 2008.
