13-06-2010 Amsterdam Princess Maxima and Queen Beatrix attended the worldpremiere of the international danceopera Pygmalion at theater Carre in Amsterdam.
Pygmalion is performed during the 63rd Holland Festival.
The dance opera Pygmalion, a coproduction of the Holland Festival with the Festival d'Aix en Provence, the Athens Festival and the Teatro Real in Madrid, has a unique vision on the baroquework of the French Baroque composer Jean-Philippe Rameau.
